  10. I bought  a USR Sportster 14.4 External several months ago. It has
  11. been working fine until couple days ago. Everytime I tried to connect,
  12. the relay would go clicking but there was no dial tone. Computer would
  13. report "There was no dial tone". I tried using another modem and
  14. everything was working fine. I am using Win95. Can anybody give
  15. solution how to troubleshoot that modem?. Is there any warranty for
  16. international?.
